I have been having no luck when I try to encode any type of video I have in this program lol it usually get to a little before 20 seconds of the episode then stops and gets an unknown error..which it doesn't tell how to fix or avoid either in the program or on adobe's site.. On a side note maybe you should try to looking into testing a different encoder to just see if its adobe thats the problem. Sorry i am not much help but thats all i can think of.
