Hey all. Just found this site and thought I'd register an account. Mainly interested in the downloads section but who isn't? Mainly concerned with the transition of recent anime uploads always being in H.265/HEVC, in which I possess several devices that are under-powered or entirely incompatible for playing back such content. Much like the MP3 vs. MP4 debate, I don't think that H.264 should be packing its bags anytime soon, despite the obvious benefits of H.265/HEVC.

 

Otherwise, my main hobbies consist of video games, audio mastering and production, data mining and other tech related hobbies, such as re-purposing and recycling computers and electronics. Hopefully I'll be finding the time to stop by forums more often, as I'm registered to so many and have so little free-time when I'm not busy with work or school.
