Need help setting up. Proxy, and VPN for Bittorrent clients.

Do anyone know how this set up Proxy, and VPN? I thought it would be a good idea to ask on this forum. Since you guys are reliable, and have useful tips. I'm using Vuze V5.6.

Proxy and VPN?

VPN setup:

• Setup OpenVPN on your server. Arch's wiki page is probably the best place to start. Example config here. Alternatively purchase the service from a supplier (not recommended).
• Download and install the OpenVPN client. Use the recommended install method.
• Setup your clients config. Example here.
• Connect.

Proxy setup:

• Setup Squid with authentication. Again, Arch's wiki page will explain this. Alternatively, purchase the service from a supplier (not recommended).
• Configure your torrent client.
