Error When Using Format Factory after Reinstallation
 
Please help me. I have a Format Factory software, and I’m using it quite fine until my computer crashed a few days ago.

So I have to have it fixed after that I reinstalled Format Factory but it is showing an error message

 “C:\Program Files\FreeTime\FormatFactory\FormatFactory.exe
This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem.”

So I uninstalled and reinstalled the software a lot of times and until now it is of no use. I really need your help.

Any kind of suggestions on what to do and ideas on how to solve this software installation is highly appreciated.

Well, a quick google revealed two potential problems with this. One is that you may have not entirely uninstalled it. As such, many people say to uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller.

 

Also you should ensure that you have Microsoft C++ installed, apparently that could also cause the issue. Try browsing some of these topics.
