Trouble logging in

Hello, I'm really new at this and I'm having trouble getting started. I registered my nickname as Umbra413. I recieved the confirmation email and I'm pretty sure that's completed, but I can't seem to log in again. This message always pops up: http://i.imgur.com/7uDKrjL.png

 

I've looked at these two tutorials (http://forums.kametsu.com/index.php?/topic/29275-installing-irc-client-on-the-windows-platform/) and (http://forums.kametsu.com/index.php?/topic/29266-how-to-register-your-nickname-on-irc/). I've tried several commands but I can't seem to figure out how to get past this. Also, I think I've been banned from the #Kametsu channel, maybe because I was using a guest account at first. Sorry if I'm missing something obvious. :/

connect with a different nick, then use the ghost command: /ns GHOST nick password

or you could check to see if you have another copy of hexchat open. sometimes it minimizes into the tray rather than closing properly.

Oh yes, I did have other copies open. Oops. That seems to be working fine now, although I'm still banned from the channel. Thanks for the help.
