adept Posted December 23, 2012 Report Share Posted December 23, 2012 was just trying to reset my pw for the forums via the 'my profile/my settings' options, and it doesnt seem to want to let me.(i reset it the other day via email, but want to change it again)is there another way i can reset my password, or do i just use the 'reset password' email link? † Emotional Outlet Posted December 23, 2012 Report Share Posted December 23, 2012 Let me know if I am misunderstanding your problem:You have gone in your User CP, went to the Email & Password section, and filled out the appropriate blocks, but it wasn't accepting your changes.This process should work--I just changed my password and it went through okay. If resetting it through email works, you can definitely do it that way. The admins will also be able to reset your password for you, but those two methods (either through your CP or through email), should work fine.Let me know if you continue to have issues with this!
