So latest release is set for Q2 2012. Whilst they have pushed this back a substational amount already, the end stage stress testing and tweaking of things it looks pretty good to be within that ball park. Soon 'tm'...

Many of you guys get the annual pass they bundled with wow?

What? Q2 = Summer right? I heard it was supposed to come out sometime in the fall. People have been telling me the closed beta that was being offered was fun and I've played the past two, they're both enjoyable. However I don't want to dump a full $60 into this game imho. It's good, but not worth full $60. Almost no game these days is worth paying full price anymore, I get mine mostly from others as secondhand/played very few times.

I purchased the annual pass, and have recently beta tested the game. It was sort of frustrating having several problems even installing the game. Not to mention i had severe fps problems with a top of the line computer. Once i sorted the problems, it was really fun.

May 15th is the date Diablo 3 is set to come out. Bro already pre-ordered it, I don't know if I'll jump right into it immediately considering all the bugs that will be found during release but after things are sorted out I might get my own copy as well. For D2, it had already been out for me a few years when I started in 2000, great play for years and years:dhh:

I still don't know if I'd jump on it right away either. $60 is still steep imho, and it IS a PC Game. I mean I don't condone it, but I generally don't play RPG games like Diablo with people over the net, mostly I get friends who have it and run LAN parties consistently until we all get bored of it.

I'm sure it will hold the price for a few months considering how successful Diablo is despite being dated compared to other RPGs of this era.
