It has a good dub, as well as a decent story. The ending is really where it shines though, so if you can't make it that far you might not wanna try it.Heroic Age is a little bit of a stretch, but it is still good and the action is pretty. It is another dubbed anime and is worth the time.Princess Mononoke is a good movie that might fit in to your criteria loosely. You probably already saw it though. Other than that I am drawing a blank... I am certain there should be a bunch of dragon anime's out there but I just can't come up with any good ones... but then again since I watched Legend of the Millennium Dragon I have had a bad taste in my mouth.
