horrorendius
Hi guys,Wasn't quite sure where to post this so figured I'd do it here:In my (sometimes vain) efforts to keep my collection of anime organised,I stumbled on a pretty nifty file naming program called FileBotI'm not going to post a link 'cause I don't want to be said I was advertising, but Google it, download it and have a go... I sorted/renamed(getting rid of the scene tag, md5 etc) a whole slew of shows with a few clicks.Thought I'd share.... someone else (with OCD like me) might get some use out of it.Cheers
† Irish
Thanks for the share, it annoys me to have to click every single episode to rename them...
DrumRoll
I'll give this a try, thanks. Its a pain when you have two different encoders who put their names before the video. Everything gets out of order and is a pain in the ass.
horrorendius
Quick tip:- AniDB will rename by "Absolute" numbering eg:Bleach - 123One Piece - 234- TVDB will sort by "DVD Order" egNaruto - S01E01Naruto Shippuuden - S04E12If you have episodes that are named in "Absolute" format and want to put them into DVD Order, use AniDB as the first rename choice, then go to rename it again as TVDB.Just be careful of episodes like "101" or "201", ones like that - it sometimes gets confusedbetween the Absolute Order numbering and the DVD Order numbering --> It'll think it's episode S01E01 rather then something like S03E27
