Help with remastering

Hi i wanted to start ripping my dragon ball and encode and add audio tracks but there is a sync problem with all files before the ad the audio is around 1500 ms late and after the ad it's 1500 ms faster so is there anyway to batch the whole 151 files to do it on it's own and also add other video source in the same mkv like 2 video source 3 audio tacks and batch the whole process of muxing demuxing and sync and also if i change the audio the sync should be different for every video source i don't know if this's possible but can you help me please, please, please, please, Thanks

My project is just add bluray video soure and Dragonbox R2J together with just video and add the audio from all three packs
