FPS strategy guide

Hi I feel that I haven’t been giving much back to the community lately so I thought that I would share this, it’s not much but it’s still being written and I’m working on it slowly. Anyway I thought that people might find it interesting just to have a look through it and I’m also keen to get feedback to help improve it and to help bring experience of other into the guide.

it’s a guide to help people get better at first person shooters online, the idea was to share the various tips, tricks and tactics that I’ve accumulated over the years.

Oh, so it's a guide for people who suck in COD multiplayer lol

pretty much though i tried to make it applicable to as many games as possible, and un-patronising enough so that people that don't suck can read it to get ideas for their own experimentation.

thanks, it's still a long way from complete and i want to try to add tactics and tips from other players to help improve it which is one of the reasons that i've shared it so early

I don't know how you could make a general guide beyond "shoot the other guy but don't get shot" as every FPS game has minor differences in engine, weapons, maps to major differences in those categories.

Every Call of Duty has slight differences but compare any one of those to a Resistance which are all drastically different from each other.

 

 

Really, the key to becoming good at a FPS game or even just most competitive games is fast reflexes and map awareness/knowledge.
