Considering that she laid the foundations for the 11th division and thus played a role in the mentality that 11th squad shikai/bankai must be of a physical nature. You have to therefore assume that her bankai must also be a physical attack type. That being said, I can't see how that can be due to the fact that her shikai is a one-eyed mantis thing that has the capability to heal others and Juha Bach said that the abilities between a shikai and bankai must be similar in nature.
