Youtube Title Graphic

As a Disclaimer: For those of you wondering why I posted a new thread instead of posting this in the Request thread, I did but nobody seemed to be checking it so I thought I'd start a new thread to see if I could get a graphic artist's attention.

I have a request for a youtube background title page. The dimensions should be around 800x600. I haven't really decided what I want it to be for sure, but I've narrowed it down to 4 main choices. These can be done anime/cartoon style, CG, or more realistic. Whatever works best for you.

We call our channel Lethal Papercut Productions and so we wanted something to humorously reflect that. You can choose to put our name in there but it's unnecessary because we can of course place the title ourselves.

#1- A Paper Airplane flying through the air with a trail of blood flowing behind it.

#2- A paper airplane laying on an empty space (preferably an all black or white background) with blood splatter on it's wings and body.

#3- A piece of paper laying on a table with blood splatter across it. (Maybe have two adjoining sides lined with blood.)

#4- A Man sitting at a table with his fingers making a goal post and a triangle shaped piece of paper lodged in his forehead with blood trickling down his face from the wound.

You can choose any one of these to try, though I'd appreciate it if you made an attempt at all or multiple choices. That way we can choose which we'd like to put up and maybe have multiple ones that we can switch through. You will be credited in every video that uses the graphics. The name used will be whatever name you give us to use.

I'd also appreciate having a dialogue with whoever chooses to take this request so we can refine the graphic to satisfaction (that is if we don't already like the first draft.)
