Request new free Header/banner?

Hi,

Am I allowed to request if someone will make me a new header image for my website?

I have a topsite and I am about to launch a new addition to it, and for the launch I would like to revamp it with a new header logo.

I have seen some here and really like them.

My topsite is new Zealand only and I would like something people, NZ, energenic and exciting. My content is of all the normal catagories for links and will have the addition of free software and free games added.

For Images and such I'm not sure what I want or where to get them. But if you have it something along the lines of my content.

I will see if I can conjur up something I'm not very good... Not tried much on a banner >_< Keep in mind I'm 13 years old xD
