Shima_XIX Posted March 6, 2013 Report Share Posted March 6, 2013 For me, it varies for each case.I've watched a few anime which, in my personal opinion, were superior to the manga they were adapted from (Death Note, King of Thorn, Level E and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, for example).There have also been a few rare cases where the manga felt exactly like the manga (the only one I can remember at the moment is Monster).But I do have to agree that, in most cases, the manga is superior to the anime. pinkiejester Posted April 6, 2013 Report Share Posted April 6, 2013 I like both. you get more of the story with the manga obviously, which is nice. sometimes i prefer to watch the anime then check out the manga. and the manga is ongoing so if the ending wasnt what you liked in the anime and you loved the anime, you can continue with the story.
