Is there a quota

regarding what?

I believe they are talking about torrents.

Anyway, it all depends on the torrent trackers used. If the tracker required a quota, the quota must be met. The torrents aren't hosted here, as far as I remember.

yes. i should have written regarding which tracker. but the limited info that he has given makes me think either he is clueless or it's just his first post.

and which torrents are you talking about. i might be right to say, neither the .torrent files are hosted here nor the media files themselves.

private trackers have quota system. i believe it works something like this. you download some data then you have to upload x amount of data to maintain ratio set by trackers if you wish to download more.

Robot Chicken has had sketches involving actors reprising their roles, like Dave Foley for their A Bug's (Short) Life sketch and a few actors for their The Wild Thornberrys: Wild as F*** sketch. This can also involve them swearing in-character as their otherwise kid-friendly characters, as it does in these two cases. But unfortunately, the easily accessible online versions are bleeped, depriving us of the joy of hearing Flik from A Bug's Life saying fuck.

If these sketches, the Bug's Life one appearing in "Choked on a Bottle Cap" of Season 6 and the Thornberrys one appearing in "Zeb and Kevin Erotic Hot Tub Canvas" of Season 8 exist uncensored on home media (which might have been the case for Season 6 on Blu-ray?), I'd like it if someone could rip them through the DVD/Blu-ray and iTunes respectively.

C'mon, don't we all want to hear Flik from A Bug's Life say fuck?

Celebs want to reform (dealing with safe harbor and fair use) or axe the DMCA for something heavily in favor of those that are rich/in power

And the FBI want access to ECTRs but with the addition of our browsing history accessible with just a national security letter. They failed to get their amendment 3 times so far but its was by a very small margin (one vote).
I've heard the fbi doesn't care about piracy unless its large scale but that could change.

I'm Mr.Doom&Gloom so I think this is going to end badly at least for those who aren't using VPNs (example: me). How do you guys think this will end?
