Well, from a cursory glance, some of the people who are polyglots seem to know languages that are mostly in the same linguistic family. So it's not super crazy to see people who know French, German, Spanish, and also English any more than it's strange to see someone who knows Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil, since those are all in the same family (IIRC, anyway).

I can identify only the most popular Greek letters, haha. I prefer Latin over Greek for the most part--it just sounds nicer, but I do like the Greek alphabet and I know their mythology better than the Roman adaptations.

I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I also know quite a bit of Japanese, at the only high school that thought it in Puerto Rico. Other than that, I plan on learning most the northern and eastern European languages; Polish, Finnish, German, Chez (Pronounced Check), and maybe even Portuguese.
