The one Chinese place in the mall is pretty good, but in general Chinese food just tastes kind of muddy to me. It wasn't bad, but I think next time I'll use the same stuff, and add meat. (Not much of a recipe since it's mostly a "bunch of this, a little of that" type deal rather than exact measurements.)
