Who else does this?

Some people might say I do that (I say they are fibbers), but my problem is mostly with listening. Someone'll be talking to me and all I can hear is nonsense that ought to sound like English to me, but doesn't. Or it'll sound like English, but make no sense in the context of the conversation. =/

Yeah I always do this but mainly because I'm thinking of several things at once and end up making a sentence of a multiple of topics. Also I sometimes start a sentence and forget how I was going to finish it or what the sentence was about in the first place so I end with random combination of remaining words that I was going to say and then say "something else about words".
