The only problem is that To Love Ru, Love Celeb, Climax Desire, and Seikon no Quaser are mpt dubbed, unless I have never found them. It being an old anime most ecchi animes now a days make it look tame, but this anime is still a classic and I rate it high in my books. It is a good anime to start out watching if you can watch animes for just the story and not expect action in every episode. I have never seen please teacher but I have seen Please Twins, I have read reviews that please teacher is better in most ways to Twins but till I see it I cannot really comment on that.
