tonal
For PC Steam sales, indiebundles, etc. is how I get everything. If you are just willing to wait basically all games with be down to $5 or less. If somehow I was ever to finish my games I'd probably buy a little faster but it's not going to happen and that saves a ton anyhow. If I had plent of money though I would actally buy more when they came out to help support the people that make what I think deserve the most support, but you do what you can do. Dazzep
well I used to buy them at this store called Game Planet, which is the "equivalent" to GameStop in Mexico but since now I'm sticking with the computer, I get them with Steam, is great (as long as you have an OK download speed) and if you switch computers you don't have to worry about achievements or data loss. Dark_Angel13
EB Games, JB hifi and I sometimes purchase friends games, great place for getting good and cheap games haha
PhoenixLogan
Mostly Amazon and the local Best Buy. I do prefer saving on games though so I also scout out which places have good deals even if it means a slightly longer drive. Rarely will I go make a deal with Satan and get a game at a Gamestop like I used to when I was younger. Amazon tends to give about $10-20 in credit for certain games too so that just goes right into another game or movie purchase.
Excretum Necris
As I live in Germany and suffer from censorship on various titles I mostly "buy" them via steam. My buddies gift them to me and I pay the piper.Otherwise I buy from certain shops in Austria like Gameware.at for instance or buy via eBay. For the stuff not censored I used Amazon, eBay, Steam, Origin, local shops or actually the publisher shops in no particular order. It all depends on pricing and what I want to receive then (digital or physical copies, limited edition or standard edition, etc.). Alice
GameStop, I almost never shop anywhere else for games. Except for the Tales of Symphonia games that I got for Minkseru...they ended up coming from Ebay.
nightmarejc
amazon mostly. if it's a pc game then steam.
LTJG RIO
Gamestop but, I call ahead to make absolutely sure they have it. I really hate shopping. If it's an older game, like a fewer years ago I had this serious craving to play Spiderman 2 for the PS1 so I ordered it off of Amazon. Kora
I tend to make most purchases at gamestop since its near my house. Depending on the deals I'll go out to best buy, walmart, or toys r us and buy them there as well. I also purchase some games on eBay from time to time. †Irish
Mainly Disc Replay for the really low prices, but I also use GameStop and Amazon if I can't find a game.
aduck01
i choose either game stop or amazon.com
TheScaryFish
These days, generally Steam whenever there is a sale. If there is a new release game then I will look around at a store in Aus on eBay and get it relatively cheap
Dark_Angel13
I cant remember the last time I bought a game off of Steam but I think I'm going to buy something off it soon enough so Steam is another place I use for games
jayboy
It's walmart because the people at my gamestop always have snotty attitudes like they hate they're job or something.also because the games at the wal-mart well atleast the wal mart where i live are much cheaper.
