Koby Posted March 10, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 10, 2010 In the last couple days I've watched:Alice: It was a two-part TV Movie, original to Syfy channel. It was released as a 3hr movie to DVD recently though. Based on Alice in the Wonderland, it's pretty much a modern day sequel set 150 years after the events of the original. The only thing in common between Alice "the legend", and the "just" Alice who happens to be the main character is their name, and what she happens to do for Wonderland. It focuses more on the story of "Through the Looking Glass". All in all, the movie was good, it had it's slow points and stuff but in the end I felt like I didn't waste time watching it so it's all good. Although I must say, if it wasn't for the person playing Hatter the show might not have been a success at all. He played an excellent Hatter IMO. While the girl who played Alice could have been changed, I felt she was somewhat of a poor actress. This movie makes me interested to see Tim Burton's spin-off with Johnny Depp as Hatter. xDLaw Abiding Citizen: Great movie, but I just wished it would have ended differently.Whiteout: Another pretty good movie.
