But that's so sad! I can sympathize with the OP's situation :[ Me, myself. I'm a hopeless romantic. Actually scratch that, I'm just hopeless. I don't feel much of a romancer as I am a hopeless individual. I've had 2-3 whole relationships over a course of 19 years, which took part mostly in the past 3 years. Shrugs, moving on is the hardest thing ever for someone to do. Not just in relationships, but the death of someone, or something - because you sit there in your dark hole, holding yourself accountable, tormenting yourself until you recieve the "answer" you wanted to hear. I find lately that with each breakup, I become moreso less caring about the fact that it "ended". Yeah, it does hurt like hell to come to the realization "Oh... It's over" but the fact that you can realize that and probably retain zero mental damage, probably means for the better. I applaud you for being able to move on, but it doesn't hurt to keep her in the very back of your mind while you move on with life. The very back, you can keep her buried underneath your other priorities, but just remember she's back there and that you did have feelings for her at one point. That'll help you to retain that fresh slate, without thinking too much about the situation, or the past. Oh. F.y.i. Work relationships; Even harder to maintain than a long distance relationship imho. I had the hots for a girl that I worked with, took her to Prom even, but I was shot down when I asked if she was interested in a relationship, no big deal Gotta keep your head up 'mate!

I collect cards, primarily TCG's for their artwork; not so much their value. (Seriously though, I have a keen eye for artwork, even if it's the crappiest card ever designed in the entire universe for said Trading Card Game, someone out there put some serious time into the artwork of a card - and I'm the person that goes about and appreciates it.) I probably have at least $1,000 in cards, value by now. I don't really care much for sports cards, I generally trade my friends all of them for TCG's because I just have no interest in sports at all, like absolutely none. I also collect anime, but I only buy series that I know are worthwhile to me, I generally buy full collections - I don't do that crap where you buy volume one, two, three, etc. Waste of money in my honest opinion. The whole collection for $50, or ten volumes for $500. Yeah.... Videogames, I generally don't sell my games back to stores, so I guess its a collection that can only keep growing, unless the game is utterly stupid-tastic that I feel ashamed that I ever even picked it up and paid full price for (CoughHomefrontCough). Video games is a part of my child hood and will go with me to the grave, I will never give up video games for anything, and I hope my future wife and children understand that very well.

"I'm not surprised, not everything lasts; I've broken my heart so many times, I stopped keeping track. I talked myself in, talked myself out. I get all worked up, and then I let myself down~ I try so very hard not to lose it~ I came up with a million excuses, I thought I thought of every possibility~"

Yeah, I watch a lot of Netflix and Hulu on my xbox, my brother on the hand puts the hours on his PS3 through Netflix/Hulu as well. Better Exclusives, That's it. Can anyone say "Demon Souls?" Thats the kind of exclusives I'm talking about, not the "Oh, rumour has it that FFXIII-Type Zero" Blah blah blah is going to be exclusive to PS3. Because we all know in the end they're going to pull a "Lets make it for X360 too now." Shrugs, never really noticed the different download speeds, could possibly be the difference between networks. See; Microsoft may be charging for online membership, but some of that money goes towards further developing the network to accomodate ALL players for multiple purposes (Access to Media, Downloads, Multiplayer, etc). Sony doesn't have that extra money because of their free online features, (Which trys to bolster its sales through those Sony Network Pts Cards used for purchases, none more different than Xbox Live Points). Xbox in my opinion doesn't have too many exclusives, but iconic franchises like Halo are really the only games I look for when I think "Xbox" Overall, as renovalentine mentioned; most of my friends game on Xbox. I'm not hating on my PS3 or anything, but there's no real major point to actively play on a console that none of my friends have. I mean my friends come over and go "Wow, you've got both a Xbox and PS3?" And I'm like "Yeah, but I don't play on the PS3 often cause you guys only have Xbox." Also noticed how The Wii Isn't involved in this discussion. I happen to own a Wii too; though it is often sitting through my neglect since there are not too many games coming out for it that ever catch my attention. The last game that caught my attention was either Monster Hunter Tri, or RE:The Darkside Chronicles. Shame, the virtual console would pretty much be the only reason why I would go back to playing Wii. I would shell out some serious cash to play some of my older NES/SNES/Saturn/Gameboy/GC memories.

I generally do okay with long posts, but I have never really participated in a long thread. In the scenario that I do, I generally just skim through the first couple of posts - and read the last few couple of posts (maybe a page or two) to get caught up with everything else that people are currently discussing. I get bored very easily if I have to read all of a thread before being able to contribute anything.

Eeh, you kind of get used to it after awhile. Its annoying but its what made the game as hard as it needed to be haha. My brother was actually looking at the anthology set for PS3 and X360, of which the two - PS3 obviously wins out for giving 1-5, but as downloadables, we're not really sure on it anymore. The deal was nice until we found out it was downloadables, which was disappointing since we had recently lost our entire collection of RE for the Gamecube (Was a pain in the ass prior to the RE2 for Gamecube Reprints). I mean we do have prints for PS1, Dreamcast, PS2; but we had them complete on the gamecube (considering Zero was a GC release). I'm not sure what I'm going in on for RE6. I kind of want the RE6 Collector's just to ge tthe Ivy University Hoodie haha.

/>http://www.gamespot.com/news/halo-2-hd-remake-in-the-works-6386095 That's a shame actually. I would be all in for shelling out money for a Halo 2 Remake, though then again the graphics thing did become the downfall of co-op in the Halo 1 Anniversary remake, since both players would experience lag if either player had the new-HD mode activated while the other player had low-res active (Or there would even be slower gameplay/major lag when both players had it active). If they could figure out how to fix that so that it would not be an issue, I would be willing to go all in.

Lmao. That's awesome, Just the other day I was tailgating a Jeep with the plate saying "Dsciple" I wanted to put "Lamchops" As mine since it was previously an exclusive plate to my older brother.

I would like to quote the article. " It might seem like a ridiculous stunt, but imagine you were fighting a war and saw a soldier coming at you covered in dead bodies. You probably wouldn't know what the hell was going on either. " Yeah.... Sounds about right. That is interesting though, not so far away from the spore that controls its victim/sends it off to nowhere to kill it. (First appearance/discovery was on an ant and people were going "Oooh, first link to zombies") Now what do we have, people smoking so much that they eat each others faces. Not saying that's legitimate or not, but I'm pretty sure zombies are the end result out of all these new discoveries, just saying.

Is the "No Used Games" policy true about the 3rd Gen consoles true?!
Kasoivc replied to sensuji's topic in Gaming Realm
Actually. "EA" has been doing it since Battlefield 2? Online Multiplayer Passes? Yeah. Been that way for a long time. Sad thing is people won't stand up against it, they just kind of sit there and take it; paying the $5-$15 to get an online pass after buying it used. Why the !@#$ should I need to pay for a game again to enjoy all of it? I'm the consumer, I purposely bought it used because that was the price I could afford. If they threw in a crap ton of freebies to make it seem worthwhile for $60, I'd go in; but sometimes it's not worth it - is what I'm arguing. Seriously, quality of games these days are dropping because developers are too busy thinking of ways to milk as much money out of their games as they can. I actually had to call tech support and screw them over to get a free online pass for Battlefield 2. Yes it was wrong of me to do something that I wasn't entitled to, but hell - a lot of people could've done this and got away with it. (The Indian Tech Support Guy just typed my name somewhere and gave me online access even though it was my brother who used the code before me.) -
Haha, It was actually like that when I copied it to use. I like that it was a little "smooth". I like yours quite a bit. My eyes are just attracted to dark things like that when it's used in such a way. 8/10 :3

I think it's a 10/10, though I've never seen the anime series before. I generally don't see .gif signatures anymore these days. People say it's a dead picture format, but it still has its perks imho. It lives on!

9/10 Looks original though it's kinda just part of your signature.

Is the "No Used Games" policy true about the 3rd Gen consoles true?!
Kasoivc replied to sensuji's topic in Gaming Realm
This is just completely silly imho. Doing away completely with physical discs/formats is trash. This is not the way of a video game collector like me. My brother and I still own all of our original SNES games; including mint condition manuals and boxes. To not have a physical copy is absurd in my opinion. There is absolutely no need to charge $60+Tax for a digital stream; even then, I will need one hell of a damn good internet service provider to give me the bandwidth I need to do such a stupid thing. The prices they charge for digital downloads of games on Xbox Live are even more obnoxious. I can pay the same price or even less for a used or new copy of a game at Gamestop or a local pawnshop. I might just become a permanent PC gamer if things get to that point, because there's just no logic in that at all. Pro modder or not, you still need someone to come up with the mod. If it were as easy as it used to be (installing a chip via soldering) and burning the games to a blank CD then this wouldn't be a problem; but once other factors come into play, things get to becoming complicated very quickly for the person developing these workarounds. -

That's probably THE most obnoxious thing they could possibly do, require a consistent internet connection to even operate the console? Completely bull. That's like saying I can't use my laptop to do anything unless I have a hard wire connection or even a WiFi signal; which is false. I can still play games on my laptop, write essays, and look at previously downloaded materials. I would not support a system that requires a internet connection because that's just completely silly. Some people in the States don't even have basic desktop computers, let alone internet connections. My money would gladly go somewhere else.
