  1. Tenten with Hinata right behind her.
  2. I haven't used ebay in a while but when I won a bid ebay sent a notification to my account inbox. It should have a link in it that opens a page to pay for the item, and the dealer usually sends the item after receiving the money. It's a good idea to check dealer ratings/reviews so you don't get screwed with wrong or broken product. Hope this helps.
  3. 7-zip should be able to do both for you, and I'm sure WinRAR has a way to do it as well. To extract the files I would recommend trying J-Downloader, it works with both MU and RS. It will extract the files for you after it downloads all the pieces plus it does all the captcha for you as well. Just paste the links into J-D and it will do all the work for you. There is a post in the downloads section that covers some others but J-Downloader is the only one I have used. The other post is here http://forums.kametsu.com/showthread.php?t=4029
  4. Not sure which was first but Jungle Hunt, Dig Dug, and Blue Max for the Commodore 64 are the first games I remember playing.
  5. Well depends on which Bond you are putting against him, if it's Dalton or Lazenby maybe. If it's Connery your talking about then no contest, Bond all the way.
  6. With the exception of their brothers I think both Vash [Trigun] and Abel [Trinity Blood] are over powered. They both seem to defeat there enemies easily the moment innocent people are about to be harmed.
  7. I'm watching Wing Commander [7/10] on TV right now. At the movies would have to be Avatar. [9/10] DVD would be the remake of Clash of the Titans. [5/10] I didn't think it was nearly as good as the original, but I guess it was suppose to be in 3D. The original was a solid [10/10] back in the day, now it's more like a [9/10].
  8. To try to answer zangetsu’s question, I think what makes it wrong is evolution itself. Humans are hardwired not just to survive but thrive by adapting to their environment. Someone who is insecure due to any abuse they suffer as a kid can be just as unsuccessful in live as someone who is denied an education. So over millions of years, evolution has hard wired our brains to what we should allow and what we shouldn’t. It does this by calculating generations of human life and accepting what proves to be successful and denying that which proves to be unsuccessful. Why the brain would decide such a thing is unsuccessful is simply because sex, as far as evolution is concerned, is for reproduction, and a young mother would be less successful in caring for her young. This is what probably leads to the insecure feelings that people who go through this feel. Successful mothers may be less willing to help a younger mother out if they feel that she will fail anyways, not to mention the act of helping would take them away from their own young. This would cause young mothers to be considered outsiders, much like they are today for basically the same reason. The reason I think these people commit these acts is again a simple case of evolution, because any time you have a population that grows out of control predators will appear to thin the herd. Just as others have pointed out these people do these things because they're unstable, which people today blame on genetic mutations. The fundamental driving force behind evolution is genetic mutation. The question I would like to ask, if you were in a position to decide what should be done with people who commit these actions, what would it be? This isn’t a simply would you kill them or wouldn’t you, but a real social answer to a real social problem. My personal answer to this is that being a modern society each adult should take a certain amount of responsibility for the upbringing of the next generation. If someone proves to be a hindrance to this they should be removed from the general population, and put into a child free one instead. The US Gov already has communities like this, but only for the ones who are deemed, by them, to be unfit for release into the general population. I think the govs opinion of who is and isn’t fit should be drastically raised. As for the original question in a perfect world, kill them all, but it wouldn’t be necessary in a perfect world.
  9. To be honest I'm surprised we are still here at all. The universe is a danger place one large rock, gamma ray burst, or solar flare is all it would really take. The mayans were masters at studying the stars and planets, and may have charted the path of an asteroid that we don't know about. It wouldn't even have to be one that hits us straight on. It could just impact with the sun at just the right spot and cause a fatal solar flare. If that happened earth would be stripped of its atmosphere similar to what is believed to have happened to Mars. If we aren't killed in the blast the lack of pressure and the onslaught of solar radiation would make for one very painful way to go. My personal belief is, that what people believe the end of the mayan calender means isn't correct. I think it just mean the damn thing ends, time to get a new one. The world doesn't end on Jan 1 every year, so I think we'll be ok. Think the confusion is that the mayan seemed to believe that each end of the calender meant the end of one world and the start of a new one. They thought each new world was inhabited be humans made by the gods from a different source like rocks, trees, water that kind of stuff, and that their gods were never happy with their creations. So when a calender ended they started a new world with a new human race. The mayans went through more then one calender so it couldn't have been a true end of the world. Maybe it is just an end to a certain train to thought. 2010 could be the start of the fire race since it will probably be when we nuke each other or leave the planet uninhabitable due to global warming.
  10. Well I don't know about this survey, but what TSA does say about the images is that there is no way they can be saved or off loaded from the system, so people don't have to worry about any pics ending up on the internet. That doesn't make any since though, say they do catch another underwear bomber. They will need to retrieve the pictures from the system as added proof that it was him. So this part of TSA's story has to be false. It would be hard however, to deny a naked picture of yourself with a bomb tucked under your sac. Guess they could use the Hilton defense "I'm holding it for a friend officer","It's a pack of gum", or "I have no idea how that got there."
  11. Time of Eve 8/10 Only reason I'm really giving this an 8 is because I felt the series was to short [only 6 eps]. I really liked it though, and hope there is more to come, not to mention a dubbed version. Biggest problem with subs is Akiko talks to damn fast to read the subs and still follow the show. I would give it a strong recommendation though.
  12. Anime Elfen Lied Complete Series Manga Biomega vol. 4, and the 1st-2nd vols of the oversized Eureka Seven
  13. I thought it was awesome, better some of the other crap cartoons that get dished out these days. I can handle cartoons, that spoof other shows, being stupid on purpose, but not the one that are just plain stupid. Whatever happened to "knowing is have the battle," or other tidbits that taught children. Today it seems cartoons are only designed to make our children dumber. It also reminds me of robot chicken but just not as good.
  14. My fav is still 0083 Stardust Memories but i'm also liking the new Gundam Unicorn. There are very few gundam series that I don't like though.
  15. Favorite Gundam would be Gundam 00 Raiser Favorite Mobile Suit would be Tallgeese mkIII Favorite Mobile Armor would be Neue Ziel
  16. Welcome to Kametsu hope you enjoy your stay
  17. My main OS would have to be Win7, but I also have WinXP on my netbook while I wait for Aurora to be finished. I try to use linux whenever possible though, and always have atleast one distro installed with Windows. The linux distros that I use are CrunchBang[#!], BackTrack, Aurora[when its finished], Ultimate[ubuntu], and OpenSUSE. At the moment CrunchBang is by far my favorite, any when put on a thumbdrive can be a real live saver.
  18. Well the time the power went out while I was moving files to my archive really sucked. Didn't really have video downloads back in those days but the loss of all my downloaded music and really awesome bookmarks brought me to tears. The bad sectors left on the hard drive only added to my suffering. Also any time a computer of mine powers down for the last time leaves me a little choked up inside. I just love them all so much.
  19. I'm not sure if you are still working on this, but I have a very similar machine in my closet. If the loud sound it made before it overheated, the first time, was like a grinding hum, then it could be the fan itself. If your northbridge has a fan on it already, then the ball bearings could be going out. If that is the case then it will overheat when it's under a heavy load, because the failing fan can't keep the northbridge cool. A new fan for the northbridge could solve this problem, if you can find one that is compatible. Unfortunately mine was a lost cause, so rest in peace little soyo, rest in peace. Hope this can help, any questions just ask. L4ugh
  20. First I would get her some antivirus software, if money is tight, some free ones are avast, avira, and avg. A good place to find antivirus and spyware software as well as some other software goodies is http://majorgeeks.com. While I do trust this site, for the most part, I still recommend downloading any software from the developers home site. A quick googling of the software could also help prevent "unwanted difficulties." As for the laptop I would recommend a asus eeepc netbook. They have a built in webcam, and also come with skype preinstalled. Their lite weight and have good battery life. Doing your homework on any potential buys is recommended as well because some models are hard to upgrade, if they even offer the ability to upgrade at all. For example my sister and I both have netbooks, mine is an eeepc 1000HE, and hers is some kind of HP. Her's is newer and in all honesty has a better layout, but it isn't possible to upgrade ram. You can't upgrade the HD without taking the entire thing apart because its buried behind the case. On the other hand, mine has a nice big door on the back that allows me to quickly upgrade both ram and HD. HaHaHas aside, all I'm really trying to say here is some laptop models are designed to be obsolete at launch, and only homework can prevent you from being stuck with a lemon. The eeepcs aren't really made for games but I have gotten alot or my old emu roms to run it, and who doesn't love playing the Knights of the Round arcade where ever they want. Hope this can help, if you have any other questions just ask. L4ugh
  21. Well I don't know if they are still in business but a good store for trench coats was always London Fog. I think, I remember them having a few really nice leather ones too. Afraid it's been years since I have actually seen one of their stores though, so not sure how easy they will be to find. Any good trench coat dealer should atleast have something similar to what you are looking for.
  22. Thank nothing of it, just glad its out there for others with the same problem to see.
  23. I think Snow and Ballard are on the right track with this so I'll just try to explain it more. First you need to locate where the problem is located: windows, harddrive, or some part of mainboard. Easiest way to do this is try the live linux idea. You don't have to be a linux power user for it to be helpful. Just see if you are able to load the OS and if you can then it probably isn't a mainboard issue. Second trouble shoot the infected area. If you can boot the linux OS try using the file manager in linux to see if your data is still there or wait till you get a new computer and just plug the old HD into an extra sata slot. You can plug a harddrive with windows installed into another one as long as the problem one is set to be a slave. If your files are located in a password protected home folder getting to them could be difficult. If the OS didn't load then try troubleshooting the mainboard by testing the ram like Ballard mentioned or like Snow mentioned reset the cmos to its default. If the battery on the mainboard has died then every time you unplug the computer or the power goes out your cmos is cleared and your computer won't boot till you reset it. This should only happened to a computer that is older then yours seems to be but you really never know. If there is any help I can offer just ask I'm always willing to help. L4ugh
  24. I apologize for my apparent stupidity and will look harder in the future. For anyone else having issues with this try changing your forum skin. I now know the FMv7 one can cause issues. Thanks for the help Koby
