  1. Interesting update

    https://www.cagesideseats.com/wwe/2022/7/25/23277327/wwe-restating-financial-results-unrecorded-expenses-vince-mcmahon-hush-money-nda-scandal

This seems to indicate he actually resigned whereas the public statement was that he 'retired' because of the scandal

Oh and Triple H is head of creative. Just like practically the entire internet wanted.

    https://www.cagesideseats.com/wwe/2022/7/25/23277221/triple-h-named-head-wwe-creative-stephanie-mcmahon-nick-khan-confirmed-co-ceo-vince-retirement

Don't expect change as soon as tonight on Raw. But it's... interesting. To say the least.

But I still don't want to make any assumptions or hold my breath until all of Vince's yes men cronies, lackeys and stooges are gone entirely

  2. https://www.cagesideseats.com/wwe/2022/7/22/23274705/vince-mcmahon-retires-wwe-nda-scandal

Don't celebrate too early. Because his 'yes men' are still in positions of power. Most notably Bruce Pritchard, Ed Kosky, and Kevin Dunn.

So I'm not holding my breath on any 'real change' happening until or unless EVERY SINGLE LAST ONE of his yes men are removed from office and positions of power. But it goes beyond just the names I gave. He has a shit ton of lackyes and stooges in the company. Until every single last one of them is removed... there won't be any 'real change' in the company.

All because he couldn't keep his dick in his pants and payed off multiple women so they wouldn't go after him for sexual misconduct allegations.

Do I want change? Of course I do. As much as everyone else does really. Will it happen? I don't know. I feel like the answer to that is 'lolno' but only time will tell really.

If his yes men get forced out or resign? Then things get spicy

  3. Posting this here because it would be denied in gaming news

Back in October of 2020 one of the producers of Digimon Survive posted a statement basically saying that the hugely anticipated game would be delayed a full year and there would be further 'exciting news updates' during the spring of the follow year (2021).

Summer started... this past Monday. So the developers basically shafted their own longing fans of news with no explanation whatsoever, broke their promise, and basically flat out lied.

Which leaves about only 3 possibilities about what the fuck is going on with this game

    1. It's been delayed another full year
    2. It's in development hell as claimed on a GameRant article I saw/found
    3. It's canceled

For me... with Bandai Namco refusing to say anything about the game, promote it, and being who they are and always trying to kill their actually good franchises... it seems likely that the game is canceled.

If you are a true Digimon fan like myself and refuse to accept this... click the link in my signature to support the new #OperationSurvive movement and get them to give us the update they promised us and now broke and lied to us all about.

It's not harassment and it is being done respectfully. Despite what literally everyone will probably tell you. The most obvious example being WithTheWill.

The simple fact of the matter is that they have basically lied and it is not harassment to want to know what is going on with the game when they broke their promise and lied about the news update.

But do whatever you want. Personally it seems like there is a 95% chance it's canceled. I will continue to support #OperationSurvive until they finally say that it's been canceled.

  4. For the first time... pretty much ever... I actually played some of a post game. I normally don't do this but I wasn't satisfied with where I was in terms of a 'trophy grade' on another website... so I played a bit into Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Remastered post game and got 2 more trophies that apparently got me where I wanted to be.

So yeah. I'm done. Post game tends to be way to hard for me for the most part. They either require specific setups, specific items/equipment/whatever, or specific monsters in monster catchers like this game is. I don't have the time to be trying to get those specific things and then somehow grinding them all up. Trophies in this particular game (potentially series) are way too grind heavy. I don't really see how the Platinum for this game is a 4/10 because, for me anyway, it's clearly harder than that. But that's not really the point I guess.

I'm satisfied now so I'll be moving on. Well I say 'moving on' but what I really mean is...

    734054_front.jpg

Yeah the sequel to the last game I just finished. Ni No Kuni II Revenant Kingdom. Apparently this game is MASSIVELY different than the prior game. From what I've seen of gameplay videos... they took out the monster taming entirely and just made it an ARPG similar to Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy XV (more like Kingdom Hearts IMO though).

This both scares and intrigues me. Not only that... Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Remastered was relatively easy for the most part. Apparently this game is even easier than that somehow. How? Yeah I don't know. I guess I'll find out soon enough though!! This game got both massive flack as well as massive praise for the major changes between the prior game and this game. Not surprising really I suppose.

We'll see soon enough I suppose. Like the prior game I seriously doubt I will be getting the Platinum for this one either. Hopefully I won't have to play into post game again but we'll see I guess. As always I'll be playing a large chunk of the game on my own to get 'used' to the massive changes until I feel confident enough to do a stream of it. Last time I played 20 hours of Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Remastered before I did the first stream of it. Not really intentional so that might or might not happen again. We'll see I suppose.

I wonder if there are any references to the first game.....? 🤔

  5. To be completely honest... I'm running out of ideas of what to watch. There's too many animes that you have to finish by reading the source material when the source material is beginning to become impossible to find now (light novels in particular). So after I finished Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt... I was legit unsure what to do.

A Discord friend of mine has constantly bugged me to watch BNA (Brand New Animal). It wasn't what I was originally planning on doing but with no other ideas it's what I've decided to watch next. If, for no other reason, than to get them to stop bugging me about it.

  6. I would have given more advanced notice... but honestly... I don't think it makes that much of a difference anymore. I've gotten used to treating my streams like super long YouTube videos anyway (because no one really watches my streams but I honestly don't care and it's pretty much normal for me at this point).

Besides... I legit don't know if there's any other 'better' part to stream and even if I keep playing there's no guarantee that I'll find a better part to stream anyway. Plus, honestly, Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Remastered is good don't get me wrong. I've been loving it so far. It's just... it doesn't seem to be the best game to stream. So it's basically this situation where I'm like 'okay I guess I'll stream it because I don't know when else to do it.'

I also have... stuff going on next week so this is probably the only chance I'm going to have.

So yeah. Ni no Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Remastered stream again tomorrow at 5 p.m. EST or whenever I feel like starting I guess (though I'd start earlier not later than that). Come or don't it's up to you in the end obviously.

  7. I finished Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt today. This anime... was stupid and lewd. But also stupidly funny as well. So overall... I'd say it was about average. There wasn't really any plot to it until like the final 2 episodes.

Then they act like there's going to be another season and yet there clearly won't be and somehow I feel like that's a good thing.

Oh well I guess. Not sure what I'll watch next honestly. I'm running out of ideas and probably stuff to watch again too.

  8. Here's the YouTube version for those who want it.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ufi7F9Mldg

Once the full game is out and a full walkthrough is available... I'll do considerably better I'm sure. Either way I still had a lot of fun playing this (despite the drug trip moments lol) and this looks to be a good new platformer. Whether this becomes a new franchise or not though remains to be seen.

Anyway I might stream Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Remastered again but honestly it's hard for me to really find spots that are 'good enough' to stream due to how much side stuff my guide wants me to do. So it's pretty much unknown if I'll do another stream for that. We'll just have to see I guess.

  9. So in case you haven't heard or you have somehow forgotten already... there's a Balan Wonderworld Demo that's releasing for free on PSN this upcoming Thursday. This is a game I'm looking forward to... so... I plan on streaming the free demo this upcoming Thursday. At maximum the stream will start at normal time of 5 p.m. EST but I'll probably start as soon as I'm ready as I don't know how long the demo actually is (or how badly I'll fail at the game without a guide lol). So if you want to see what this game is like I'd recommend coming in around 4:30 p.m. EST but up to you in the end as always.

The game seems pretty interesting from everything I've seen of it. It's pretty much NEW Nights into Dreams. Hopefully that translates to the demo but we'll see either way I suppose.

  10. Well this wasn't my original intention at all... but... I also feel like I don't have a choice. Because I'm literally almost 20 hours into the game and I haven't even streamed this game once yet. Well that and the fact that there's no way in hell I think I can stall until Tuesday. Plus I don't like doing 2 streams in one week. Which leaves little choice as far as I'm concerned.

I will be doing the first stream for Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered this upcoming Saturday at the same time as always. 5 p.m. EST. This game has actually been quite fun at times and cutesy. It's somewhat similar to World of Final Fantasy and Pokemon as well with monster catching. Maybe you'll get to see it maybe you won't who knows. This part I've decided is 'good enough' to stream but that doesn't mean it might still not potentially be the greatest and/or boring so there's your warning. It's up to you if you come or not as always.

So far I'd describe this game as kind of a fusion between Yo Kai Watch and Persona series games. It's also basically Studio Ghibli: The Game. If you want to see what I mean and see it for yourself... well... yeah... you know what you'll have to do.

I'm not fond of streaming on a weekend at all, but like I just said, I feel like there is little to no choice here considering what I want to stream this next upcoming Thursday which I'll talk about on Tuesday of next week. So yeah. Hopefully I'll be able to pull it off without... interruption. We'll see I guess!! *sighs* 😑

  11. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed that I wasn't able to stream World of Final Fantasy a second time. Because I am. But unfortunately I have no control over when my stream breaks and when it doesn't and then I was literally at endgame and there would have been too many spoilers shown. So there was literally nothing I could do about it. Hopefully it doesn't happen again anytime soon. Otherwise I don't know what I'll do about my streams.

Anyway... I finished World of Final Fantasy (Maxima) to my liking on Tuesday night. I didn't go for the Platinum even though it's listed as a 3/10 difficulty Platinum. Which, to me, is utterly wrong. The Platinum is too grindy, too ridiculous, and too dependent on RNG and luck and I wasn't going to put myself through that. So I just decided against it. I did what I could in the game and I'm satisfied with what I was able to do and accomplish.

    Anyway... here's what's up next...

    715917_front.jpg

Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered.

a.k.a. The Studio Ghibli game. Which it literally is so far. lol. It also seems like a fusion between Yo Kai Watch (also Level 5) and Persona. Or just a Ghibli version of Persona I guess. It's very pretty graphically so far though. Even the anime cutscenes are very crisp and Ghibli-esque. Of course I knew this beforehand.

Like always I'll be playing quite a bit of it on my own before attempting any streams. Possibly a large chunk of it. We'll see but I'll inform you all, as always, when I decide to attempt to do the first stream of it.

  12. I finished World of Final Fantasy (Maxima) Tuesday night finally. With both endings. Honestly... I really loved that game. It was just tons of fun and all of the Final Fantasy crossovers just made it even better for me. Plus the fact that it was pretty much a video game fusion between Pokemon and Final Fantasy was just great. The final bosses (including True Ending versions) were probably the easiest final bosses I've fought since Persona 5. It was a good 'pretty much a break game' for me after all of the frustrations and difficulty I endured in Tales of Zestiria.

Anyway next up I'm tackling from my backlog, which I started last night, is Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Remastered. Although I can't say all that much yet... it's very pretty. Graphically I mean. Even the anime cutscenes look very crisp as well as Ghibli-esque but I knew that going into it. Pretty fun so far but I've barely started.

  13. I finished Fractale today. Unfortunately... I still can't really say all that much about it. It's not as bad as the MAL reviews want you to believe. But I'd say it's not really the greatest either. So I guess 'mediocre' is the right word to use in this situation but even that word can have a negative connotation to it.

Originally I scored it on my personal MAL as a 7/10. I never changed it and I probably won't. To me that seems about right. A 7/10. Take that however you want. As always it's always up to the individual if they choose to watch an anime or not.

  14. So yeah the stream broke. Not sure why this is happening again but with another holiday coming up there's no point in trying again and I just can't get myself to try again when it breaks. There's probably nothing I could do to make up for it either (unless a demo for a future game I'm looking forward to playing comes out that I can stream)

So World of Final Fantasy streams are over unfortunately. See you all in 2021 for more streams.

  15. I'll be honest... I'm getting pretty close to the end of World of Final Fantasy and I'm still not completely sure I'll be able to stream it again. However I suppose I'm not really all that close to the end either.

So I may attempt another stream for World of Final Fantasy this upcoming Tuesday at 5 p.m. EST. On Tuesday because Thursday is technically another holiday. It will be my final stream of 2020 and also likely my final stream of World of Final Fantasy as well.

We'll see I guess. Keep an eye on the status updates for final confirmation.
