Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles OSTs are the best for me. Love the variety.

Overpowered eh? Age/Velcross from Heroic Age I would say may be stronger than Goku. I guess it would come down to opinion. The most notable event that proves this is that a Nodos ends up transcending every possible dimension and not in one of them was Velcross defeated. Well, I would have to say that every Nodos is insanely and incapably powerful. They can plow through planets and whatnot and if they go into a berzerker rage, they pretty much are ? times more stronger. However, I think only one ever goes fully berzerk.

What is the Naughtiest/Raunchiest Anime you've seen?
Clockwork replied to † ParasiteEve's topic in My Two Cents
Definitely Seikon No Qwaser. It has nudity on the levels of just acceptable, breast feeding more times than not, bondage (no nudity) and is seriously just epic at someparts with breast feeding. I am not someone who follows these types of anime but I saw a picture of a guy with a scythe and thought 'scythes are awesome, must be a good anime' Don't get me wrong, it is still a good anime with a decent amount of reference to chemistry and a near screwed up plot but nyeah. -
I can think of some but it depends how you define 'mature'. Clannad Shuffle! Angel Beats! (Made by the same person who did Clannad)

It may take a while for the system to recognise you have five posts and also they need to be accepted posts as well. I'm pretty sure your first couple need to be moderated which might not have been done yet.

I would like it very much if you could tell me how a signature is made. Thank you for the reply.
-
Can someone tell me what a 'signature' is and how to make one please or direct me to a place where I could learn.

Tales of Vesperia is one even though it is game turned anime/movie. Higurashi Daybreak is a fun game to mess around with. Zone of the Enders: Second Runner was a very great game with fun gameplay.

I would say that I have no particular favorite villains but I do like the ones from the old cyberpunk shows like Genocyber and Violence Jack. Actually, I don't like them in fact I hate because if I didn't I wouldn't really consider them 'villains'. Villains nowadays always have some reason or purpose for their actions which makes them pitiful while the one back in the days were downright crude, disgusting or pure sadists.

~Every life that is born is born with a soul, Within every soul, is a vast universe which governs it, yet life is too far to be governed, Reality governs life yet shuns the soul of its universe.~ That is the MIND, and a mind not governed by REALITY will grant LIFE the power of the UNIVERSE from within the SOUL. This was just a text that came to me when it was night time and I was deep in my thoughts. Kind of goes off of the 'multiple dimensions theory'? How humans operate has gone beyond what science can explain and the mind is a complex system with infinite possibilities, (As evident of 'mood swings'?). This almost sounds like how a universe is, possibly infinite, and a creator of possibilities. I believe that souls do exist but they may not even be attached to our bodies, but rather a medium between this 'universe' and reality. However, we reject most otherworldly possibilities due to our experiences in the current state of reality and fear believing in an unproven possibility. Finally, if a person does manage to 'shed' the linear belief of reality, their whole universe will then be opened to them.

Thanks for the information. I will certainly check it out.

Hi everyone, new guy here. I like to keep introductions short but sometimes I either get carried or make them too short. I found this forum while looking for dual audio episodes of anime and decided to join the forum because it looks fairly active. I like to watch anime that few people discuss and I usually look for storyline over action. I also like drawing my own pictures and creating storylines for everyone I create. Actually it is the other way around. I play games as well and pick games where the storylines will be bearable throughout the whole game. I hope to find other people with similar interests during my time here.

Why don't they just put on the rating 'abstract', 'offensive' or 'suggestive' scenes? An anime called Shuffle! had some suggestive and partial nudity scenes yet those parts weren't censored or anything and got away with a mature rating.
-
If you had played the visual novel it would make more sense. In the visual novel, you play through the game, Nagisa dies, then Ushio, the end. When you play through it a second time, you remeber those light orbs that randomly appeared in the anime whenever someone was truly happy? You collect all of those throughout the second playthrough of the game and then Okazaki gets his wish granted to be with Nagisa and Ushio so it is not an illusion but a wish come true which is the official ending.
-
My favorite would have to be Heero's Wing Gundam Zero from Endless Waltz. It's simplicity is really stunning and it is fairly unique to have it symbolic akin to an angel.

Otonashi wasn't the one who made the software because as far as we know, he has lived once and died once plus he isn't an NPC as the "god" turned himself into an NPC after waiting for too long.. Angel or Kanade isn't his lover initially because she only wanted to thank him for saving her and then they built their relationship. I will admit that I nearly thought that your theory was true. Angel Beats! was a great anime and i didn't expect less from KEY who also created Clannad. (Hope i'm not putting too much pressure on). They should really animate the novel series, Angel Beats!-Track Zero.

Ultimate showdown of ulimate destiny (mecha version)
Clockwork replied to Rezin King's topic in Anime District
Velcross from Heroic Age would put up a great fight with any mecha. Also possibly may obliterate them if he goes berserk and in the anime he is invincible. This is proven in the scene where a 'nodos' transcends every dimension for every possible outcome and not in one of them did Velcross perish. -
Sure it didn't get sold out maybe? These are a few I like that is rarely discussed I think: Sengoku Basara Tales of Vesperia-First Strike Tales of the Abyss Tales of Symphonia (The games are discussed yet not so much the anime) Macross Zero Shuffle! Demonbane (definitely) Kurokami Soukyuu No Fafner Utawarerumono
-
If you liked Soul Eater and Fullmetal Alchemist, I would then highly recommend Kurokami. Unlike other anime the fight scenes actually seem legit because they appear to be modelled after various kinds of martial arts. The setting is definitely unique and they set it up so well that you can understand everything. Characters are vibrant, refreshing and well developed as well.
-
Doctor West from Demonbane. He just keeps on coming back whether it is to fight the main character or happening to run into the main character while taking a leisurely stroll down the street. It gets better when he has a robot assistance who continually finishes his lines.
-
I would usually prefer the subs, (some good anime probably won't ever get dubbed anyway). Soul Eater however, had good voice acting and the voices were more bearable. I like Maaya Sakamoto's songs but I didn't like her voice for Crona. Shuffle! is also another exception. The voice acting wasn't the greatest but the jokes were better in english. Eg. Kaede's groupies are called 'Kitto, Kitto Kaede' in the original dub but in english they changed it into the 'Knights, of Kissy Kaede' the latter being somewhat more interesting.

I just leave the name as it is. Provided that the file at least has the right episode number.
