  1. I'm not sure if it uses the new or old encryption, but I think we might be able to decrypt the new files as well pretty soon. So I'll see what I can do about that.
  2. Of course I could, but I don't see the point in it since they're only available in SD on Netflix, just like on iTunes and Amazon.
  3. Just shared these in another Scooby-Doo thread: Scooby-Doo! and the Spooky Scarecrow Scooby-Doo! Haunted Holidays These are as you can see WEB-DLs from Boomerang. I'll see if I can grab and upload the third, and if they ever release the last two in HD I will get them.
  4. It depends on what you're trying to access. It's really easy to buy digital content from either store. All you need is a local (fake) address and gift cards, which you can easily buy with a foreign credit card. The problem comes in on the few titles that need a special kind of subscription (everything but Prime, which also is easily obtained). Some examples: Title 1, Title 2 With the help of a friend I got access to various subscriptions on the American store, but I still need help to get it for the UK.

Listen to the song above you!

I really don't like spanish. Can't really tell why, but it sounds awful to me... I feel this thread needs more metal.
  6. You sure are right about that. I can't share any of the methods. Since I still haven't gotten access to DisneyLife I can't really say it looks that bad, but mainly I'm interested in ripping Lilo & Stitch: The Series, The Recess, Timon & Pumbaa, Darkwing Duck, The Emperor's New School and/or some more, depending on the quality.
  7. Once again I'm not sure if this is the right place for the thread, although it has to do with downloading/ripping videos from a streaming service. Is there anyone out there, who lives in the UK that could provide me with a DisneyLife account and or knows if there are any sites that offer virtual credit cards. There are some shows on DisneyLife and some on Amazon UK (with need a special kind of subscription) that I would like to download, but I can't buy them because one needs a British credit card. So could anyone help me out with this? It would be awesome to be able to download shows from DisneyLife and I do believe our method works, so we would only need to get access to the site. Thanks in advance, guys!

    1840! (I'm going back about 6000 steps if that's fine... )

Recording TV in UK or Ireland

Just as Nalapl3 said, it sure is possible to record "untouched" video and audio from TV, all over the world. I've recorded shows for years, here in Sweden, with a Linux DVR (such as the Dreambox). Although a lot of people say it's more or less impossible to get Sky HD working with the boxes, but I do believe there should be some workarounds. Also there are some other Cable TV companies (and some satellite companies) who do offer HD versions of the channels and should be easier to decode. Anyhow, I'm still looking. It would be awesome if someone could do this! I would do it myself if I could, but it's not easy to get a British satellite TV sub here in Sweden, and even harder to get a British cable TV sub... (Duh. )
  10. Can anyone here do untouched, "raw" recordings from UK channels, i.e. not re-encoded? I would like to record some shows from Disney Channel UK/Ireland and Boomerang UK/Ireland. HD would be preferred, but SD works as well, as long as they are untouched. Any other kind of help would be appreciated too. Thanks in advance! Also I'm not sure if this is the right subforum, but I guess an admin will be pointing me elsewhere if I'm wrong.

    NETFLIX DL (source) ?

Well, I do feel you. I'm fully aware that all the streaming services are working on solving their problems. I'm pretty sure they have been aware of the situation since the beginning. The thing is that I can't share it since I'm going through a friend's server and we are not the ones originally cracking the DRM. If I would share the method and it comes out that we were the ones spreading it forward, we would probably ruining our chance of getting access to future WEB-DL methods. So it's not that I would like to brag about it. (Although it might seem so) It's that if the trust of the original crackers are broken, they won't share upcoming methods and less people will be able to download stuff, leading to fewer shows/movies, especially genres being left out in the future. (I'm mostly concerned about cartoons and animes, duh.) And so on and so on. I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm bragging or if it was a poor reply. I'm just really tired right now and until I'm the one cracking the method, I can't help out more than I can.

    NETFLIX DL (source) ?

I haven't read all the replys yet, but all softwares you are linking to do re-encode, wether it takes a lot of time or not. I'm sure since I know how to make actual WEB-DLs from Netflix, and I've compared them. Some of the softwares do re-encodes with the same filesize or bitrate, but they're still re-encoded. I may excuse if you all are already aware of this, but I didn't find any comment saying this. Although I can't share the method, I can take requests. The method still doesn't work for every version of Netflix and it requires a working VPN service, but there usually are some workarounds so just ask me and I'll se what I can do.
  13. Sadly, I don't think it ever will happen, but since Disney has remastered many of their older shows in HD, WB might as well...
