    [VOTING] ANIME OF Spring 2019

I gave Demon Slayer a close second for Spring. Its second cour has been quite outstanding, and I'd say it surpassed Carole & Tuesday in the Summer.

    [NOMINATIONS] Anime of Spring 2019

    Carole & Tuesday
  3. It's a bit of a shame, the pace that is. There's a lot going on behind the scenes in the LN that fleshes out the story, especially concerning the mc and his autistic relationships that makes him seem a lot more real. He's an okay guy, but not one to cross. When standard channels aren't available, he doesn't mind underhanded dealings, but he's dependable to those who aren't douchebags. Spare some love for tanuki-chan, especially since she had such a severe oppai-reduction from the manga.

    [NOMINATIONS] Anime of Fall 2018

I'm going to change this, since mine hasn't been counted yet. I'd like to nominate Irozuku Sekai no Ashita kara (Iroduku: The World in Colors).

The LN is unsurprisingly better, but I certainly didn't dislike the anime. I have a feeling I should have watched Chio, but I won't vote for it based on nothing but intuition.

Hanebado. If Summer were limited to the poll choices, it would be a tossup between Harukana Receive and How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord.

    Izetta: The Last Witch

It <is> very beautifully illustrated. Before Drifters this was probably my favorite of the season. Even so it's a very strong contender. ep 02

The comic asides are a little excessive, but otherwise this is a top notch piece of work. I've only seen through episode 2, but already I see arcs on the horizon, and the plot is firming up. I have a lot of hope for this one.

    WWW.WAGNARIA!! (WWW.Working!!)

It felt familiar, but a little washed out. The formula is still good. We have new characters with new hangups and a host of weirdness that is bound to evolve, but I was a little uninspired by the VAs in the first episode. The animation itself looked less dynamic than the original. That being said, this series mostly only suffers in relation to its ascendants. Taken on its own, I give it maybe a 6/10 for the first ep. This one's staying in the watch queue.

Welcome to Kametsu: Introduce Yourselves! ^_^

I'm not much of a spontaneous conversationalist, so I'll introduce myself by rote: How did you find Kametsu? - I do quite a bit of anime research. If I recall correctly, I bounced onto this site from a group query in AniDB.net. What do you think of the place so far? - The framework here looks quite good. I'm stoked. How active are you planning on being? - That depends on a number of factors. The more useful the site is, the more I'll use it of course, but I also enjoy conversing with people who have similar interests. What are your top five anime? - 1) Steins;Gate 2) Fate/stay night 3) Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood 4) Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch 5) Katanagatari Top five video games? - 1) Civilization IV 2) Final Fantasy IX 3) Starcraft 4) Final Fantasy III 5) The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time What other hobbies do you have? - I enjoy playing chess and pinochle. I also play piano and sing. Make any graphics? - None Do you have any questions for us? - I'm sure that I will. Watch the forums for them.
