Defunct property or series you wish would be given new life or brought to current gen systems?
Unsung heroes of gaming- important developers, creators, or influenciers who never got the recontion they deserved at the time?
Why large and ambitious video game properties can fail or what can go wrong?
Should gaming be considered a form of art ?
Whatever you want to discuss is fine

doesn't surprise me at all, aren't these game supposed to be insanely fucking hard?
They are but that's not all these games have to offer, they also tell you about the world you're in I can link a YouTube channel if you're interested in the lore

Shows the amount of work put into quality products
What other sort of game topics do you want to talk about?
Anything that draws more forum attention. There are a lot of gamers here

Did you think it was fresh take in the series and could it have led to more games in the series.
I thought it had an interesting setting or background with the Pinkertons, American Expectionalism or cultural imperialism ( stuff I remember reading about in middle school history class) The Freedman's Bureau, Pan- American Exposition, Boxer Rebellion, William Mckinely etc.
There was a lot of world building and posters you could examine which could lead in to hours of off line research- I saw a particular poster in the game ,but did not know what it meant so I researched it?
Any similar experiences in this or any other game series?
I don't know how it ended so I can't say if it could have led to a sequel

Bloodborne and Dark Souls series, you'll be surprised the amount of research people put into the lore of these games.

I agree story driven speaks for itself.
Any recommend story driven games or any story driven games catching your eye for the moment
The Last Of Us
Bloodborne(great deal of lore, even the equipment description, item description tells you a lot and the conclusion is kinda open ended)
Bioshock series

Any particular concept in mind for a future game.
I am thinking about a game setting where the protagonist has to fight all the trouble their roommate brings them. Like the characters' roommate causes an alien invasion, dinosaurs to come back to life, a secret government agency to chase them etc.
Nope, but I would prefer to make a story driven game, they tend to age better and are memorable

That's actually helpful for me believe it or not, it's when I start doing other stuff that I fuck myself over (which is way more than I care to admit, and that's considering how much I already admit to doing)
Being stoned is helping?!

I wish I had a stronger drive to work on myself my social anxiety makes me not even wanna try to do the things I need to and I think taking the time to work on myself would help me a lot with that
But you're stoned for most of the time.
Refrain from such stuff till you sort things out

I don't know what to say, your situation is a bit complicated.
Only you can help yourself at this point

I have facial scars from picking scabs over and over again. I scratched my face months ago and it left a scar identical to the facial scars I have from picking and not only did I not pick it I even put vaseline on it every other day until it healed (and we're about a fucking scratch here). A 2nd scratch I got shortly after did the same exact thing. I've scratched my face like that without picking it countless times, never ever scares

It really is. Even when my skin condition's somewhat dormant (like inflammation and redness and swelling and such) it still affects me (wounds don't fully heal and scar, something as insignificant as a paper cut would scar my skin for years maybe even for life). Do you have any idea how ugly that makes my skins look?
I cut my finger with a blade once the mark is still there.
But talking about it will only get you so far, I think it's time to get started
