Inspecting the RAM to check if it were ECC Buffered I noticed that 1 stick says 2GB 1Rx8 10600U-9-10-A0 and the other says 2GB 1Rx8 10600U-9-11-A1 if that matters!! lol

It doesn't. It is just the naming scheme of the manufacturer. They are 2GB sticks of DDR3 @ 1333MHz.

Na there's no problem with any of that!

Then something else is busted. If you're getting no Dell splash screen nor able to enter the BIOS, there is a hardware issue with the computer. I can't do much over a forum thread. You might have been ripped off.

According to my experience with malware, having a good Linux live CD helps a lot to eliminate files that can not be deleted from the same operating system that is usually malware. It is also advisable to use a live Live CD of some antivirus, there are several, and they are very good, they eliminate the malware without having to install them in the system and they are quite efficient in what they do.
I also recommend a good firewall, in my case I use a similar one to outpost firewall, since not only does it allow me to choose the program that will have permissions to connect to the internet, but it helps me to know what programs work or what each program does the operating system, allowing me to stop any type of suspicious activity that a program performs in the same operating system.

This guide was intended for users with limited technical knowledge. If they knew how to use a Linux Live CD, they probably don't need a guide on how to install and scan with MalwareBytes. Eset does have an online scanner that you download, update, then run without actually installing it. I have used it on several occasions but, dislike it simply due to how long it actually takes for the whole process. Updating, scanning, then removal can take up to 45 minutes, depending on hardware and level of infection. Granted, it isn't a live CD but, it is an on demand scanner that isn't already installed, possibly eliminating it from being comprised by the malware.

I would recommend a combo of Nano Adblocker + Nano Defender as an alternative to uBlock Origin. Though it won't offer any real advantages to novices, geeks like me benefit by its much more precise filtering abilities and scriptability.

It's based off uBlock anyway. Besides, this is my guide with my own knowledge so, since I am unfamiliar with it, I won't recommend it, regardless of its validity.

@Koby I guess, it's also worth mentioning, that person should enter the giveaway, if he/she really wants to play the game, and not just add another icon to the library. I won't enter, since CoD is not really my thing.

    Good luck for everyone.

I don't care if they plan to sell the key. This is to benefit the forum and get people to have conversations.

It is not entirely weak we have FT, slime which lived upto it's expectations. And the bunny girl which is a dark horse and infact it the one of the best show of my entire anime watching(Everyone is avoiding this as a plague just bcz of title; Don't be fooled guys). Well we have next season filled with exciting titles like Date A live 3, mob psycho 2, code geass movie, raising of the shield hero(premise looks promising), promised neverland(Most excited on this)

Bunny Girl bored me to pieces on the first half of episode one. If I'm already bored halfway through one episode, you failed at episode one. Just sayin'.

  7. @Koby Your avvy and signature is contradicting based on your opinions of it.

I heard every one was all out of sorts over the first episode's rape scene. I watched it expecting the worst and was really surprised how tame it was based off of every one's reaction. Have people not seen Berserk? Is it because the Goblin Slayer looks to be more of a mild show, even though it's super violent. I don't think the episode needed to have it in as much detail as it did but I'm just surprised by the over reaction. Was it advertised to be an all ages show? Are the folks offended or upset by this also offended by stuff like Ninja Scroll or Wicked City? So far I've watched the first 5 episodes and it's alright, I throw it one when I'm not looking to focus on something important. It's an average show so far.

You're assuming everyone has seen Berserk. I have not. Most people who may be losing their shit over it was how intense it was since Berserk. The fact this series is a lot more tame since the first episode, the reactions of it have died off quite drastically.

It's literally only one scene in the very first episode. Hasn't been anymore of it since so far.

The Elfen Lied of openers so far. Shock value first episode, not so much later on.

Thanks for letting us know, might have to pass then but is it through out the series.

You could essentially skip to the half way point of the episode and not miss anything but the sexual assault scene(s).

I actually thought the first (nomination)itself you kept is the poll bcz you added no of votes to a title. If you want more titles why not keep a rule saying don't suggest which is already given.

It could have a negative effect where someone nominates something else because theirs was already chosen, meaning they would vote for it rather than what they nominated. We don't need 50 nominates and only 8-10 actually being voted on. I believe Koby's initial idea behind this way was to put up a maximum amount but, it never gets too excessive that we have to pick a top #.

It's kind of funny when the guys on IRC give me a hard time for my taste in anime not aligning with theirs.... I prefer fantasy & scifi shows and they prefer romcoms and slice of life shows. But these AotS polls almost always end up giving the win to the series I voted on. I think in the history of our AotS polls, there is literally only like maybe two times where a series I didn't vote on won. Just seems to show that the majority of the community apparently aligns more with my taste of shows (sadly so few people who actually visit this forum actually partake in such polls...). It's also fun to see how drastically different AotS results are on other anime communities that do them. Kametsu is a wild hare that rarely aligns with the popular vote of any other anime community; of course we're already much different because a huge portion of our userbase either watches dubs or at the very least isn't some asshole prick towards people who say they do. So it's a nice contrast in what dub viewers like and what sub viewers like I suppose.

For the record, on one other community Steins;Gate 0 is leading the pack with Grand Blue and Starlight being the closest competitors. Here, Starlight wasn't even nominated here and S;G0 was apparently ineligible; but Grand Blue is a close second on both.

I purposely choose one that wasn't as popular as I knew it would likely get picked anyway. I wanted to add more to the poll.

  11. You may vote for one and only one series that aired this last Summer season and is included in this poll that you think deserves to be Anime of Summer 2018.

You only get to vote once.

*Anime series are alphabetically ordered for this poll.

    Voting ends November 18th.
If your favorite isn't listed then it's your own fault. There was a nominations thread up for a while for everyone to nominate their favorite for this poll. The options here are what was nominated by everyone. We'll run a similar nomination and poll at the end of the Fall 2018 season so be sure to look for it.

I am not sure what type of horror you are looking for, but here're some that I like:

    • Higurashi Series (Psychological horror) (can also try Umineko after that)
    • Another
    • Shiki
    • Electromagnetic Girlfriend (don't remember what it was, but probably a horror)
    • Corpse Party (Gore)
    • Ghost Hunt
    • Not-horror-te-horror: Hellsing, Future Diary, Hell Girl, Parasyte -the maxim-, Puella Magi Madoka Magica,
    • More action~y then horror: Blood+ (vampires), Elfen Lied, Tokyo Ghoul, HSotD, Tsukihime - Lunar Legend

Anything excessively violet and gory is considered horror under the anime banner. Anime does not try to scare people like a typical horror movie would. You feel more uncomfortable or uneasy when watching it. Madoka Magica was a sense of dread, Hell Girl was a little girl dragging you to hell. Jump scares aren't a thing in anime. Highschool of the Dead was also a horror, despite the glaring ecchi.
