  1. Wow, perfect! I think I can do something with all this now. The result is really better, and faster than Premiere (that's how I reencoded the video in 25fps). Thank you so much!
  2. Hi everyone! I know I'm speaking, in majority, to an American audience and encoders, used of anime, cartoons, in "NTSC" standard, but... I need help, guys. The last season of "Digimon" is currently broadcast in France, and as a fan receiving the channel, I capturing the livestream (from a legal software) with OBS, setting at ("false") 50fps, (because in 25fps, the FPS record drops dramatically...) +Audacity, to have the audio ""uncompressed"" (.WAV). The French dub was originally record at the Japanese Speed, but the channel plays it in PAL Speedup (So the voices are higher and the whole thing goes faster). Here's what it looks like: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B69Tj3CUw8tCODM1aHNfNy1jekU/view I did a first little test on Premiere: For the audio, I use Adobe Audition to "de-PAL" the .WAV. After that, I import it on Adobe Premiere, to stretch the video to the same length as the audio. But unfortunaly, the "clip speed & duration" options are more limited than in Audition, and its hard to sync a video & an extern audio. The sync is still decent, but I'm a bit fussy to the point that it bothers me a little bit. +When I slowdown the video in false 50fps and reencode it, in 25fps, there is some "Ghosting effect"... idunno the exact term... Here's the example (in 480p/low quality): https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B69Tj3CUw8tCY2p3NE81azZXUms/view I can sync audio with the Japanese "HD" Rip files, and I will. But I'd also want to keep the "French" video. ------------ Disappointed with Premiere (and Sony Vegas), I did some research before creating this topic... And I came across this website: https://iamscum.wordpress.com/encoding-stuff/ I've always had a hard time using coding software... And again, unfortunately, I have difficulty using these resources for what I want to do.... -Re-encode an. mp4 file, in 720p, in x265 maybe to save weight and quality -In NTSC Speed -Without false frames -And ideally, by being able to cut off the excess footage (TV jingle/commercials at the beginning and end of the episode) It is possible, with Avisynth/Vapoursynth? I'm sorry to sound a little lame by asking for, maybe, a ready-made script.... But I would like to save&upload this before I am no longer being able to back up uncompressed +2GB/by episode files haha Thanks-a-lot. (And sorry for my english, undoubtedly choppy)

    Capture Software Suggestions

Thanks for these answers about VHS. But anyone have any solutions (best software and settings) for screencapturing HD programs (Netflix, live TV on PC,...)?

    'Free Netflix Downloader' DVDVideoSoft

A good start! But don't expect that much... That's the "Original Quality - Download"... yeah... But strangely enough, we can get a better audio via the "Convert to MP3 - Original Quality" option... I'm not an audiophile, so i can't really tell a difference... It's clearly compressed, but it's decent.
  5. Looks like Doug... Maybe a cartoon from the same creator or the same channel, Nickelodeon.
  6. Up! Nobody has a solution?

    Ripping from Amazon Video

Hi everyone, do you have something for Amazon Video? I've a premium subscription that has been renewed automatically (ugh), but i discover in the same time Amazon Video German. And the full 4 seasons of Digimon are available for ""free"", & I want to save this. Thanks in advance! (if you have something for Netflix too...)

    Cartoons You're Currently Watching?

In the current series: Adventure Time, Regular Show, Gumball (sometimes...), Gravity Falls. And i'm always waiting for a new season of Family Guy, American Dad, South Park, Archer (i started the first season recently, it's awesome!!). Sometimes the new Simpsons, but... meh... I'm crazy of Rick & Morty, the best serie ever. The season 2 is long to come... The new TMNT is cool too, but i dont watch it regulary. The Looney Tunes show too. And when i watch Disney Channel (or Disney Junior, something like that), i love the new "Mickey Mouse" cartoon, Mickey with a mind of Looney Tunes, its awesome XD And anime of course, but this not the subject of that topic.
  9. In the 90's in France (1989-1997+-), when i have 8/9 yo, with Dragon Ball, Saint Seiya, Captain Tsubasa, City Hunter and Hokuto no Ken. Theses series was really popular and brocast(ed?)/showed in 2PM in the first channel of France (like BBC in UK). Just, for English people who don't know what is Ken, is that : >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MppC6uYODYo >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQD2w4HU3jw Beside that, we had in the 90's American & French cartoons : Ducktales, Tintin, Mickey, Spirou, Heidi, He-Man, TMNT, X-Men, etc... and the difference is huge... And the manga (the book) too, is really different of the European comics (like Tintin, Astérix, etc...) or the old American comics with some cheesy stories/lines/drawn, it's really evolued (and the book is really big beside US/EU Comics).
