  1. Say no to censoring. Anime should be viewed as it was originally made. Censoring just means cutting out the details that the artist wanted to show us. It is disrespectful to the artist. No matter what complaints you give (kids should not see blood and gore for example), there is no excuse for this nonsense. Kids shouldn't be viewing stuff like that then (are kids still innocent? Is what I want to know). :|
  2. Alternative Titles: ハイスクールD×D, Haisukūru Dī Dī Type: TV Episodes: 12 Status: Currently Airing. Aired: January 6, 2012 – ongoing. Studio: TNK Genres: Action, Comedy, Devils, Ecchi, Romance, Supernatural. Duration: Unknown. Rating: R - 17+ (Violence, Profanity, Nudity, Gore) Synopsis: Issei Hyodo is a second-year high school student attending Kuoh Academy (駒王学園 Kuō Gakuen?) who has an enormous sexual addiction and very lascivious behavior. He lives a peaceful life until he is called for a date with a girl named Yuma Amano. At the conclusion of the date, Issei is brought to a local park and Yuma asks him if he wants to know what her wish is. Under the impression of receiving a kiss from the girl, Issei is shocked when Yuma whispers the words "Can you die for me?" and transforms into a Fallen Angel. Issei is brutally attacked and killed by Yuma. Issei wakes up the next morning, believing the events that occurred were all just a dream. Immediately afterwards, he notices Rias Gremory (a third-year student at his high school) naked in his room. Rias reveals her identity as a Devil to Issei and claims that she has reincarnated him as a Devil who will serve as an underling to her and the Gremory Devil Family. Information source: Wikipedia. 3. Very good anime. Love the characters, love the fanservice. Funny and enjoyable. It is serious and also very comical. Rating: 9/10. I like the OP and ED themes as well. Favourite character from the anime Rika Shiguma.
  4. Long ago I used to watch Naruto on Animax. About a year ago I decided to finish watching it online. It started from there and one anime after another I got sucked into it.
  5. Sora no Manimani. rating 8/10. I liked the story. Decent character development, knowledgeable, good music. Thoroughly enjoyable anime. A bit boring from time to time (plot is pretty obvious). All in all nice anime.
  6. Pick it up and throw it into an active volcano. The world is messed up enough, I don't want to change it by force and disrupt natural balance (whatever is left of it at least). Also, I wouldn't want it to get into the hands of a lunatic like Light Yagami (yes fangirls I hate your beloved hero Light). L FTW! Justice shall prevail! B|
  7. I like watching the entire episode from start to finish with OP and ED themes. Some anime like Lucky Star have different ED scenes with each episode. I don't mind watching them over and over. Most of the anime that I have watched all have nice music so I enjoyed watching the whole thing.
  8. One of the anime greats. One of the few dubbed anime that I enjoyed watching. Favourite character is probably Yusuke and then Genkai. Very good action anime, good story and EPIC FIGHTS!
  9. The following are what I think are the most Legendary Anime shows ever made (they are in no particular order): Yu Yu Hakusho Rurouni Kenshin Tantei Gakuen Q Naruto Rosario + Vampire K-ON! Vampire Knight Death Note Onegai Sensei Initial D Lucky Star
  10. 1) Look it up on Wikipedia or anime forums. 2) Check out the music of it (OP and ED themes). 3) Check out the Episode List (I do that to make sure I don't miss any episodes xD) 4) Read reviews about the anime (I will still watch it if it has bad reviews. Well that is if I find it interesting). That's my way of doing it generally. I also take suggestions from friends. It is best to do a bit of research on the anime that you are going to watch. It will give you an idea of what to expect.
  11. Lucky Star is my favourite anime. I have just finished watching it about a week back. It is as random as you can get and hilarious. The reason people tend to like Lucky Star (well I think so at least) is because people can relate to everything that happens in the anime. There are many weird situations that pop up every now and then and also many conversations that the characters in Lucky Star have (they seem pointless but they add to the enjoyability of the show). There are also many spoofs and references to other anime and manga. I like Lucky Star and would give it a 9/10 would give it a 10/10 but I guess nothing is perfect. xD Oh yes, nearly forgot to say, I love the opening and ending theme of the anime. That is all.
  12. Might as well start with the formalities. Hello everyone my name is Gavin. I am new to Kametsu Forums (If you haven't guessed that already). I am currently a high school student. My hobbies are playing guitar, reading books on robotics and programming, watching anime, reading manga, drawing, target shooting, archery and football. Well I have many more hobbies but I'll just leave it at that. On to the next point. I have found the Kametsu forums while searching for spice and wolf episodes on google. I am very glad to find such a nice and convenient website. I also do graphics (but I'm not really very good at it). The tools I use are: traditional media, PaintTool SAI, Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Ibanez guitars. ;D I will drop by here every now and then (I am not very active when it comes to posts). Going ahead and being honest with it. xD My favourite anime is Lucky Star (for now atleast). Some of the other anime that I have watched are Sora no Manimani, Kauchou wa Maid-Sama!, Rosario + Vampire, Sekirei, KissXSis, K-ON!, Hidan no Aria, Gosick, Rurouni Kenshin, Yu Yu Hakusho, Great Teacher Onizuka, Lovely Complex and Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (I've watched quite a few more). My favourite manga are propbably Elfen Lied and Yume De Aetara. Well that's all I have to say for now. Looking forward to having fun here on Kametsu Forums.
