  1. Panasonic 50" tcp-50g15 Plasma..... At the time CNet put it right behind the Pioneer Kuro that just got discontinued. Now i'm looking up upgrade to a LED let screen, for a little more power savings, as i like to leave it on in the background while i'm working on the computer. Although the TruMotion (120hz/240hz) stuff really trips me out, LOL. Good thing it can be disabled. Thinking maybe going with the LG Infinia W5600 or W6500 series.
  2. Currently: Ps3, Xbox 360, Wii In the past: Atari 2600, An original pong console (actually, i think its still in the attic somewhere), NES, SNES.

  4. Caused me to give up on regular network television, and realize how much garbage is on TV. Also, how a decent story can hold my attention better than whatever flavor of the month actor/actress being cast to get people to tune in.
  5. just passed the 100 mark, and have a lot more on backlog. i'd say 25% were remarkable enough that i purchased them. I'd say about 10 of them were so good but the anime ended unfinished that i went for the Manga to try to finish the story.
  6. Nana Osaki from Nana, for some reason caught my eye right away.
  7. Witchblade, nothing was on TV, so i started thumbing through Netflix, and was like "Eh, why not". After that, started looking around on a couple anime list / recommendation sites, so get a feel for what was good, and what would fit my particular likes.
  8. Usually on my iMac, if i feel any connection to the series at all, i'll look for the blu ray/dvd and use my ps3+panny plasma combo. If i'm bringing anime somewhere to try to get other people into it, its usually off my Macbook air + MyPassport drive + Displayport-to-HDMI adapter into their TV/Home theatre setup.
  9. Amazon.com if its a boxed/collectors edition otherwise Steam. Stopped using Gamestop after the whole Deus Ex HR / OnLive coupon thing. After they announced they would make amends and give a $50 dollar in store coupon & a buy 2 get 1 free coupon, i still got told to piss off.
  10. i got a huge influx today in my email inbox. i put my anime wish list onto camelcamelcamel long ago, and it went crazy today alerting me to just about everything i wanted took a price dive. Leah Clark; DVD; $14.99 yeah i got a little carried away, but these are some of my favorites. just waiting on clannad + after story, phantom requiem blu rays, and praying they release a death note blu ray set.
  11. Damn, now i'm going to have too look for that, already got some of the spice & wolf manga & light novel stuff in my amazon cart, now my backlog of "too buy" is going to be longer.
  12. I was glad to see Suzuka get out of her funk at the end, but.... I felt bad for Honoka, she got the short end of the stick. She really deserved a shot at love. Also, I kinda got the feeling that Miki could of had a lot more potential that could of been explored. A second season could explore those two points, and are definite ingrediants for some love triangle drama.
  13. Vampire Knight , needs a 3rd season after V.N.Guilty, want to see what happens after Yuki leaves with Kaname. Darker Than Black, needs a 3rd season. Somehow work in more Rin. Spice & Wolf, also needs a season 3. Gantz, the manga goes on forever, so they got some material for more episodes
  14. if you liked code geass then try vampire knight or blood+
  15. Ordered the Collectors Edition for the PC. Been playing it all morning and afternoon, totally lost track of time, so i guess thats a sign that its a good game to me. Oh yeah, that dragon statue is pretty bad ass. Too bad there was no cool pre order bonus armor or something.
  16. Rumbling Hearts, Suzuka, Clannad After Story, Kanon.... are probably tops for me right now that i have watched, ranked in that order
