3000? If you need to eat 3K calories a day to maintain your bodyweight, either you are exercising like a demon, very heavy (which I doubt) or you have an extremely fast metabolism. If you want to hit 4K without throwing up from eating too much just eat about 3-3.5K legit and then take either a storebought weightgainer or make your own to supp the extra 500-1000 calories, that'll make it much easier. I'm Canadian but when I was vacationing in the US as a kid I would watch Toonami every single day! Watching Toonami (DBZ, Kenshin, Yu Yu Hakusho, Gundam, Outlaw Star, etc.) is probably wat put me onto anime in the first place.
