Batman type superhero? u mean a criminal? @Mute I won't run with weight for fear of putting unnecessary strain on my knees, the only things I will add weight for are things like pull-ups, core exercises, push-ups anything that I don't use barbells and dumbbells for. Its more a matter of necessity than preference tho, if I don't add weight I go indefinitely. @EmotionalOutlet I'm close to maxing out (one of) the army's fit test(s) which is (for max score, not minimum): 3 mile run in 18 min, 20 pull ups and 100 sit ups in 2.5 min. Problem with this kind of training is that it prevents mass muscle hypertrophy and promotes a leaner, more ripped body type.....*ugh* disgusting.
