  1. Yeah, the challenges seem to just blow over the gaming part pretty quick, and they focus too much on inter-competitor drama. I'd compare it to the Ultimate Fighter, which is a reality show that I think succeeds in showing the drama while showing adequate focus on what's important, which in the Ultimate Fighter's case is the fighting.

  2. Hey,

I was wondering if you had any good anime recommendations if I really liked Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I know it's not a very specific starting point, but I'm mainly interested in a good anime that has action and has a good story.

I'm specifically not that interested in things like Bleach, One Piece, or Naruto that seem like there's no end in sight type of thing. Hopefully, that makes sense.

Good art would definitely be a plus. I was initially planning on checking out Highschool of the Dead after this. Is that a good choice?

    Thanks!

  3. FFX-2 was a mixed bag. It's gameplay was nothing like FFX's, but it was actually pretty fun. The main problem I think people had with it was that the main character, Yuna, acts quite differently than she did in FFX. This is explained through the story, but it is still a bit jarring. Also, the whole Yuna, Rikku, Paine thing is very reminiscent of Charlie's Angels, which makes it a bit hard to take the story very seriously at times.

I did like how many of the environments were from FFX, but they were still greatly affected by the events that transpired in FFX. All in all, FFX-2 can be found for pretty cheap now, so if you're even a bit interested, then it's worth checking out. Like other FF's, the side stuff can majorly suck up some time, so be prepared.

  4. Hello,

I found this site randomly through googling, and it looks pretty cool. I don't really know what to say, so if anyone has any questions, I'd be more than happy to answer them. Either way, thanks for having me!
