Koby
Marvel's Luke Cage, or simply Luke Cage, is an upcoming American web television series developed for Netflix by Cheo Hodari Coker, based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. It is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), sharing continuity with the films of the franchise and is the third in a series of shows that will lead up to a Defenders crossover miniseries. The series is produced by Marvel Television in association with ABC Studios, with Coker serving as showrunner. Mike Colter stars as Luke Cage, a former convict with superhuman strength and unbreakable skin who now fights crime. Mahershala Ali, Alfre Woodard, Simone Missick, Theo Rossi, Frank Whaley, and Sônia Braga also star. SDCC Teaser:

joshythegreat18
I thought this started out much more slowly than Daredevil and Jessica Jones. It turned out to be pretty good, but a step down from both of the others, IMHO.

tomnook123
It was a pretty good series but it should have been 8 episodes. The last villain was entirely boring.
Koby
Both Luke Cage and Iron First have been officially canceled by Netflix. Neither will be getting a 3rd Season. This may be in part due to Disney working to open their own streaming service and not wanting to let Netflix renew Marvel licenses so they can put them on their service. So there is a tiny chance we'll see them return, maybe not as their stand-alone series, but it's rumored we may possibly get a Heroes for Hire series, which is what The Defenders should have been from the start really. We'll just have to wait to see what the future holds on this. Daredevil just recently put out it's 3rd Season, while Jessica Jones had already been renewed for a 3rd Season, and The Punisher was also renewed for a 2nd Season shortly after it's 1st Season had aired.
neodeathgod
I thought season 2 was an improvement and liked the Bushmaster character. Shame that LK and IF have been cancelled. DD season three was what i hoped it would be so lets hope that gets more seasons.
deusxanime
I've heard Iron Fist wasn't very good, but was surprised Luke Cage is getting canned too.
