The audio feels slightly out of sync in places, and insync in others. Did you transcode AC3 to AAC audio? If you did, please don't. Lossy -> Lossy isn't the best. You slightly misnamed the video, should be "[Z_Fighters] Dragon Ball - Movie 01 [DVD][Hi10][480p][AAC]" & it is missing a CRC value Other than that, at a glace, it looks better than whatever I have downloaded. I still have to actually "compare" them, but good work! Audio syncing was done by uploader on ADC not us. I told him next time not to do that. The File is named that. In the post I wanted people to know that it's 16:9 + Dual Audio. It's a test so no need for CRC. Just to let you know this was encoded by @MysticFTW. Thanks for your thoughts on this matter. clutchins
I'm not one for encoding things anymore but this looks good enough. I see some minor compression artifacting so maybe bump up the video bitrate to 2000.
Midghost
can you please Increase Bitrate upto 5,000 Kbps.

Koby
11 minutes ago, Midnightghost said: can you please Increase Bitrate upto 5,000 Kbps. Oh god, why would anyone encode 480p at low-end 1080p levels of bitrate. The encode would turn out larger than the source dvd.

Midghost
how much Bitrate can be possible.
clutchins
3 hours ago, Midnightghost said: how much Bitrate can be possible. No more than the source DVD, which is about 5000, but that is mostly bloat to fill up 9GB of space on the DVD9. The art of encoding is finding the sweet spot that's as low of a bitrate as possible without introducing artifacts or other issues.

lion
Really nice project. I'm not an encoding expert, but I had a look into the mediainfo of the movie sample and for what i've read, I think the encoding settings might be improved. Here are my suggestions: deblock = 1:-3:-3 me = umh subme=9 bframes >= 7 mbtree=0 trellis=2 crf =18 is good. Maybe trying a bit lower.
