Koby Posted March 8, 2016 Report Share Posted March 8, 2016 The official website of the Spring 2016 anime Shingeki no Bahamut: Manaria Friends (Rage of Bahamut: Manaria Friends) has announced that broadcast of the series has been postponed due to "various circumstances." The cast and staff page on the official website no longer lists the production team, although the voice cast members remain. An archive of the page shows that it previously listed director Takafumi Hoshikawa, character designer Keiji Ishihara, art director Kenichi Kurata, composer Takashi Watanabe, and Studio Hibari. Manaria Friends, an adaptation of a popular event in the Shingeki no Bahamut mobile game, was scheduled to begin airing on Tokyo MX on April 1 as part of the Ultra Super Anime Time programming block. A new broadcast schedule has not been announced, and the early screening of the first episode scheduled for March 20 has also been canceled. Update March 9 Following the postponement of Shingeki no Bahamut: Manaria Friends, Animate.tv reports that auditions for a seiyuu role in the 11th episode of the series has been extended to May 31. The original deadline for the audition was originally April 3. Auditions are being held in cooperation with the DAM chain of karaoke outlets. Participants can record their voices in DAM karaoke booths through a special application page in the karaoke machines.
