They both look pretty good!

I prefer the colors in the first one but I like the little 'particle' like effects in the second one. I'm not too crazy about the font in either of them. Do you think you could take the first one, shift it a bit to the left so that more of goku is visible, use a more intense font like you did for my broly one and add some of the particle like effects from the second one?

Also could you use a font color which stands out a little more against the background?

Could you try taking the first one and changing the text orieentation so that it is like the 3rd one? (with the kaoclazm in the top left and the subtext in the bottom right) just to see how it looks.
