  1. Don't you have connections to Kanzenshuu? Maybe they can share it on the front page.
  2. Download the 10th episode of the first season.
  3. UPDATE: Found an AWN article from 1999: http://www.awn.com/animationworld/pbs-doodles-art-education
  4. Does anybody remember this lost show called "Doodle"? This was an educational show that used to air in 1999 on northeastern PBS stations. I ask because I was trying to find some footage for a video, only to find out this show seems to have fallen completely off the face of the earth. All I could find was a handful of screenshots and the website (which is still up!) No-one I know seems to remember it except for my mother, who was the one who brought it up in the first place. There's not even an article on the LMW, that's how obscure it is. If anyone knows anything about this, let me know. Is this lost or am I just not looking deep enough? 5. Canada charges import fees on media, such as TV shows. Here, read the Wikipedia article (I know it's not exactly the most trustworthy source, but this article seems to be fairly accurate): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_content Also, I'm done arguing, so don't bother posting anymore on this topic, because no-one's gonna respond.
  6. Thank you! I couldn't have said it any better!
  7. Yes, I have watched the Kai dub, and I don't see the problem. There's not a problem with having two different dubs of the same show. It's probably not even being made to be a better dub. Canadian broadcast regulation laws dictate that a station has to pay a fee if non-Canadian programming is played. So it's probably cheaper to re-record the series with local actors. It's the same reason the original series had an alternate dub in Canada after episode 108: It was cheaper to re-record than to pay licensing fees to air the American dub.
  8. I don't see what the big deal is. It's a Canadian dub of a show, and you're acting like it's going to replace the American dub. Stop getting so defensive about it.
  9. It's one thing to disagree with someone. It's another to be a prick about it.
  10. I'm just saying, it's the same basic logic.
  11. That's like saying you can't reboot a movie series because the original already exists. It's not a waste of time, it's just a dub of a cartoon. Stop getting so hostile.
  12. I get that, but it's not a redub: It's an alternate dub. It's not replacing the American dub, it's just it's own dub. There's nothing wrong with that.
  13. I dunno, I really like Ayres as Frieza.
  14. Just because there's already a dub doesn't mean there can't be any other dub. I wouldn't mind seeing other people dubbing DBZ, especially such talented actors.
  15. Why not just make a petition? Share it around on Kanzenshuu and other forums, and just make it known that this is a thing?
