Moodkiller
Sounds like its using ordered chapters. You could try appending all the separate audio files using mkvmerge, or you could have to join them together using something like Audacity or Wavpad
Rugratskid
I have no experience with the show you're talking about, but do the original audio track and English track sync up correctly? Because you don't want to get through it all and then have video and audio desync.
JohnFlower
Yep, it's OC'd. You gun hav fun wit dat~
Koby
You're going to have to mux the 2nd audio track into the OP & ED files too, as they have to have the same amount of tracks to play properly. It'd be easier though to either splice the OP & ED back into the episodes before doing audio syncs or to choose a non-OC release to work with. It's as hard as Chinese Algebra to mess with syncing audio with ordered chapters.
Hark0n
I just downloaded Coalgirls To Aru Majutsu no Index II and the opening and ending are separate mkv files.Considering that project was done by coalgirl herself, it is most likely ordered chapters as Moodkiller suggested. In this case You can either:- cut the OP and ED out of English tracks and mux the new track in the video- splice the OP and ED back in the video; but it might not fit perfectly, so additional audio editing might be necessary I'm trying to sync the english audio but it doesn't play correctly theirs no sound during the opening/endings im using mkvmerge not sure what to do , any ideas ?Which track has no sound - English of Japanese? If You simply muxed English track in, than there should be no OP in the video and English track should be playing OP in the wrong place. EDIT: Koby seems to have already answered while I was writing this. Edited October 21, 2014 by Hark0n
990057oa
Thanks for the replies I might just end up trying to do what Koby said and make a single video files
