Putting new RAM sticks in my hairy friend before (and after delaying so long) uploading the saikano jpbd ovas.
The sticks are corasair vengeance lpx ddr4 3000 32gb. Would buy 2 more but lack of $$$.

Using external plugins for AviSynth on meGUI and reading some knowledge of them on its wiki: still get errors. Wow...what's the main point of AviSynth if you can't even use external .dll plug-ins without getting errors

It's real simple. You're having problems because you didn't bother to read up about the filters you tried using and thus are lacking the requirements needed for them to work. Read the error message, understand what filter it is referring to, read up about said filter and it's requirements, install said requirements. Voila. Computer 101.

God, this is the most ridiculous comment above I've ever read with.
I have read the plug-ins AND downloaded/extracted to avisynth's plug-in directory AND anything else that's required for those plug-ins to work, but still nothing.
These are all plug-ins for the x64 version of both avisynth and avisynth+. Whoever made their wiki needs to simplify stuff a lot easier for beginners like myself.

Clearly not else you wouldn't be getting an error.
If you're unable to pin-point the issue, why not screenshot the error and post what is on the line the error is mentioning? That way someone can help.

Continuation from last stat update: Rebooted Win 10/change to Home Pro instead of Education from USB and it worked (also changed BIOS to default settings). Disabled Windows Update as well, but I wonder how I can update my drivers (besides Device Manager); reason for it because before the mass Windows crash I had a thing where if you wake up the PC from sleep/hibernate about 5-10 minutes after it unexpectedly shuts down, and updating a lot of drivers solved that problem.

My GPU has a program of it's own that has an update feature built-in why would I ever use windows update for it?

Back to my old PC cuz my new PC wants to play bitch and freeze up on boot -startup repair loop of hell all day, and nothing....chkdsk, gpu/usb removal, safe mode (which also freeze) works....$1335 and 10 days of use all for nothing.
